It's a word we hear all the time—but do we really know what it means? Christian. Today, the word carries all kinds of assumptions, labels, and even confusion. But the first time it was used, it meant something clear, bold, and unmistakable. In his eye-opening new series, Pastor Mike takes us back to the roots of the word Christian to rediscover its true meaning—and what it looks like to follow Jesus with clarity and courage in the 21st century.
If you've ever wondered what it really means to be a Christian, this series is for you.

Vacation Bible School is just around the corner! This FREE event is open to the public for children Pre K - 7th Grade (Ages 4-12). Wonder and amazement await us each day at Wonder Junction, where kids will gather at the All Aboard Assembly, a high energy beginning full of wacky intros, lively songs, and more. Then we're off on a rootin', tootin' fun-filled adventure to High Point Bible Time, Gallopin' Gabe's Games, and Sweet Sadie's Snacks before heading back to the All Aboard Assembly for a closing with more singing and shenanigans. Mark your calendar and make plans to join us.

Each year, Collin Creek Church is given a word for the year. As God directs our path, these words have helped us focus on where we're going missionally as a church. On Sunday, January 5, 2025 Pastor Mike announced the 2025 word, THRIVE, based on Proverbs 11:28 which says, A God-shaped life is a flourishing tree. (The Message). We believe that we were made to THRIVE. As we are intentional this year to cultivate a God-shaped life, and a God-shaped church, God promises that we will THRIVE.
Join us on this journey as we THRIVE in 2025!
At Collin Creek Church we value people, because all people matter to God. We're excited to see our North Texas Community becoming more diverse, which is why in 2024 we began offering live translation. OUR IN-PERSON SERVICES ARE NOW TRANLATED IN REAL TIME in a growing number of languages utilizing AI technology. Guests who are hearing impaired or who do no speak English, can scan a QR code with their phone, select their preferred language, and either listen along using their ear buds or read a transcript while the service is IN PROGRESS. It's just one of the many ways we are doing the Great Commission of Jesus Christ, proclaiming the gospel to every nation, tribe, and tongue.
If you're local to the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, we would love to welcome you home to Collin Creek Church. Our multi-generational congregation is comprised of real people from four continents and half a dozen nations, unified by the love and grace of Jesus Christ.
Even if you are unable to physically attend our church, we livestream our services on our YouTube channel. Our messages are also archived and accessible online with Podbean.
